Toyota is going to concentrate on the core of the business, Toyota is considered one of the largest car manufacturers. Akio Toyoda is the president he said that the Japanese team pulled out from Formula 1 because they had no other option but to do so, the economic realities affected the whole world and they had to pull out citing.
The one hundred and thirty nine races that they entered after making its F1 debut in year 2002 they did not win any of them but they were the fifth place in year 2009 constructors championship. Honda left Formula 1 and now after Toyota’s pulling out as well there are no Japanese teams in F1 starting the season of this year. Let us hope that they will be in years to come.
Brawn replaced Honda and won this year’s drivers’ championship with Jenson Button and the constructors’ championship. It is sad that Toyota withdrew and many thought they will continue. Honda had to withdraw and Toyota got there share as well this season, it is really pity for Formula 1 to loss Toyota and hopefully they will survive without them. It is sad to see that and hopefully in the future they will get back in.
