Drinking Enough Water

It is important to detox our bodies, it is not hard as you think and one of the most important things that you need to do is drink enough water to get rid of all the toxins. You need at least ten glasses of water each glass is eight full ounces. If you do not like the taste of water add couple drops of lemon juice or orange juice to have a flavor or purchase some energy drink flavors to add to the water.
 
If you get busy during the day and forget to drink water take with you a bottle and fill it up, keep it in front of you, you will drink more water during the day. What I do for my self is every hour of the day I drink a half glass of water or a full one this way I make sure I drank enough during the day. Water will help our skin to be healthier and more radiant. Make sure to avoid drinking alcohol because they do cause dehydration and it will mess up your mood swings, eating habits and sleeping patterns.
 
Drink coffee because caffeine will stimulate your digestive tract. It will keep your regular especially in the morning and will help your boost your metabolism to burn more calories. Do not eat to much sweets, try and reduce them as much as you can, instead eat fruits and healthy sweet snacks. Avoid drinking to much soda, make sure you eat enough vegetables during the day to keep your body healthy.
